Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders

If you need to return something just contact me and send it back to me within 7 days of delivery date. I will only issue the refund for the purchase after I receive the package from you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. Sometimes things can get broken in transit, I can offer a replacement after you send me photos of the item so I can better package my items for future shipments. Sorry, I cannot offer refunds on custom orders that contain text, names or symbols/logos of groups.
